💳 How to Use Your Eezipay Card

Use your card to make purchases at any participating Eezipay-enabled till, kiosk, or service point:

  • Just tap or scan your card to pay instantly.

  • Funds are securely deducted from your linked Eezipay wallet (no cash needed).

  • It’s fast, secure, and works at all participating Eezipay transaction points.

🔁 Tap to Check Your Balance

At selected locations, you can also tap your card on an Eezipay terminal or mobile device to:

  • View your current wallet balance

  • Confirm your profile and card status

  • Check that your card is linked and active

  • A quick and convenient way to get info without logging into the portal.

🔗 How to Link Your Eezipay Card

1. Go to Settings
After logging in, click on the gear icon in the top-right corner to open your Settings page.

2. Select “Cards”
In the User Settings section, click the “Cards” button to manage your Eezipay cards.

3. Click “Link new card”
Tap the blue “Link new card” button to begin the process.

4. Enter Your Card Number
Type in the 16-digit number found on the front of your Eezipay card.

5. Enter Your PIN Number (only if required)
If your card has a PIN, enter the 4-digit PIN you received in your welcome letter.

6. Click “Add Card”
Once you’ve entered the card number, click the “Add Card” button. Your card will now appear on your profile with its QR code.

🚫 How to Block a Lost or Stolen Card

1. Go to Settings
Click the Settings icon (gear symbol) at the top-right of your screen.

2. Click on “Cards”
From the User Settings menu, click the “Cards” button to manage your linked cards.

3. Click the Card Number to Block
Locate the card in question and click on the “X” next to the red card number. This will immediately block the card to prevent any unauthorised use.

♻️ Need a Replacement Card?

If your Eezipay card has been lost, stolen, or damaged, it’s important to act quickly:

  1. Block your old card using the Eezipay portal (go to Settings > Cards and click the “X” next to card number).
  2. Contact your organization’s administrator (school, company, or site manager) and request a replacement. Each location may have its own process for issuing new cards.
  3. If your organization doesn’t handle card replacements directly, reach out to our team:

How Do Eezipay Cards Work?

Eezipay cards are secure, tap-enabled smart cards linked to your digital wallet.

You can use them for:

  • Making purchases at participating vendors
  • Accessing services (e.g. meals, transport, laundry, etc.)
  • Managing spending with set limits or rules (set by your organization)

They’re reloadable, easy to block if lost, and fully integrated into the Eezipay system.

Can I Use More Than One Card?

No — each profile can only have one active card at a time.

If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you’ll need to block it and request a replacement through your site administrator or support.

Linking multiple cards to one profile is not supported for security and compliance reasons.

Is My Eezipay Card Secure?

Yes. Each card is uniquely encoded and only works when linked to your registered profile.
Key protections include:

  • Block instantly if lost or stolen

  • No visible wallet balance on the card

  • Secure QR and chip authentication

Optional PIN on supported devices

What’s Stored on the Card?

Your Eezipay card contains:

  • A unique card number

  • A secure chip or QR code

  • No personal or banking info is stored directly on the card — all wallet data lives securely in the cloud and is accessed via your profile
